What is PreMenu?
PreMenu helps you explore real restaurant menu items, compare options, and prepare what to order before you arrive.
Where do the nutrition numbers come from?
Sources on every number: each nutrition value is labeled as chain-published data, third-party published data, or a clearly labeled estimate. Restaurant recipes and portions can change, so check the label and confirm important details with the restaurant.
Can I rely on PreMenu for allergen decisions?
No. PreMenu does not certify allergens or account for every ingredient, preparation surface, substitution, or cross-contact risk. Always verify allergens directly with the restaurant before ordering.
How are suggestions chosen?
PreMenu uses the preferences and goals you choose, together with available restaurant menu data, to organize suggestions. Suggestions are planning aids, not medical or dietary advice.
What are the App Store subscription options?
The annual App Store plan is $29.99/year. Customers eligible for Apple's introductory offer receive 7 days free, then the plan automatically renews at $29.99/year unless canceled. The monthly App Store plan is $4.99/month, starts immediately, and has no free trial. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility and shows the final terms before confirmation.
Are website checkout offers the same as App Store offers?
No. The existing website annual offer is $0.99 for 7 days, then $29.99/year, and the website monthly plan is $4.99/month starting immediately. Website checkout uses RevenueCat Web Billing and Stripe. App Store purchases use Apple's separate prices, eligibility rules, and purchase sheet.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For an App Store subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose PreMenu, and follow Apple's cancellation controls. If you purchased through a supported website checkout, use the billing link provided with that purchase or contact support.
Do you use cookies or advertising measurement?
The website may use necessary cookies and, when configured, Meta advertising measurement. You can opt out through the Do Not Sell or Share link in the footer or with a Global Privacy Control signal. See the Privacy Policy for details.
